Mandatory Requirements:

• 4 or more years in Advertising

Key Responsibilities:

• Recognize the clients’ creative and business objectives.
• Contribute to the creation of compelling brand experiences that meet the client’s and project’s goals, such as research, market insights, brand positioning, framing possibilities for our clients and team, brand idea development, and naming.
• Interpret a variety of data sources (client data, web searches, third-party research) to provide insight-driven solutions that will best position the project and excite clients and team members.
• Articulate and communicate thoughts and logic to other team members and clients, leading creative brainstorms, strategy, and client presentations/workshops.
• Collaborate with the designers to brainstorm, create, and design brand identities, presentation decks, mood boards, and a range of print collateral and digital products.
• Mentor and encourage the design team (internal and external resources) to execute on a project’s goal.
• Improve the creative quality of the company’s output.
• Continue to improve the team’s methodology and deliverables.

Key Skills:

• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
