We might not know your birth date, but we definitely know your friend’s. While working on Ribbons & Balloons, we ran ads on Facebook and Instagram targeting people whose close ones had their birthdays coming up. Being a brand who made majority of the sales through birthday cakes and other gifting options, we came out as the perfect saviour for those people who were looking for ways to celebrate their close one’s birthday.

Through our efforts on Social Media during the month of December 2017, we achieved the following result:

• We were able to capture more than half a million eyeballs (6,26,441)
• For every rupee spent, we reached more than 25 people who were interested in cakes, and celebrations.
• Fan engagement increased by 1,940% as compared to last month (November 2017) showing us that Ribbons and Balloons as a brand has grown drastically in Mumbai on Social Media.
• Using this we were able to send 11,891 people to Ribbons and Balloons website resulting in a potential sale of Rs. 11,89,100 (considering Rs. 500 as minimum order size and a 20% conversion rate)
• That gives a Practical Return over Investment of more than 147% ( every rupee spent resulted in getting back INR 47.)
• As suggested in the plan of action, strategically boosting posts results in significant increase in brand recognition and uploading photos of shops performs very well organically.
